个人简介:
  潘磊,博士,研究员三级,中科院青年创新促进会成员,优秀会员择优支持,上海市青年拔尖人才,中科院卓越中心骨干,入选中国细胞生物学学会青年科学家。其2004年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院。同年免试就读于中科院生物物理研究所。2006.1-2009.12入选博士联合培养计划,在美国Stowers生物医学研究所完成全部硕博学业。2010年博士毕业后直接竞聘为中科院生物物理研究所副研究员。仅四年破格晋升为正高级研究员,博士生导师。2018年起担任巴斯德研究所院重点实验室肠道微环境与健康研究组课题组长。仅第一作者和通讯作者在NatureCell Stem Cell, Cell Host Microbes, Nature Microbiology等高水平期刊上发表研究成果十数篇,多篇入选F1000。并承担科技部重大研究项目,中科院先导项目,973,基金委重大国际合作等多项研究任务。同时作为特邀编委参与出版Bioprotocol实验手册一部,且撰写科普书籍《百年果蝇-神奇的吸露者》一部。

  

研究方向:
  以果蝇和小鼠为主要研究模型,从事免疫遗传学的开拓性研究,探索病原-宿主互作过程中天然免疫通路和重要生物信号之间的互调机制,已开发出干细胞示踪、感染、衰老、肥胖、无菌及肠道菌顺序定植等多种相关模型。目前围绕肠道天然免疫微环境稳态,从三个层面展开研究,且重点关注肠道共生菌及其代谢产物在其中的调控机制:1)天然免疫的信号平衡:挖掘参与天然免疫调节的新因子及新机制,寻找“肠-肝”轴、“肠-脑”轴等“局部-系统”器官间免疫交流的物质基础;2)肠上皮屏障的细胞平衡:关注病原-宿主互作中,肠上皮干细胞介导的上皮屏障损伤修复的动态平衡机制;3)微生态平衡:研究肠道菌群结构在天然免疫-代谢转换之间的稳态调节机理。
