课题组研究揭示IL-1Ra对疫苗抗体的生成具有拮抗作用(上海市地方自然基金项目,2019);课题组在先前HCV感染小鼠模型中揭示了NKG2A是HCV在持久性感染状态下的NK细胞耗尽的检查点,通过阻断NKG2A,逆转NK细胞衰竭将为慢性丙型肝炎提供一种有前途的检查点抑制剂治疗方向(国家重大科技专项子项目,2018)。我们还对糖解反应中的醛缩酶A进行研究,分析醛缩酶A的缺失对天然免疫细胞巨噬细胞的生长及功能上的作用。
